Mission Statement

The Spiritual Path Foundation, Inc. is a non-denominational inter-faith ministry, formed for the purpose of providing a resource to assist those on a spiritual journey to greater awareness.  We are dedicated to serve those in need, and to assist individuals along their path.  The goal is to provide a safe haven where all can participate in a loving, spiritual atmosphere.

We are dedicated to minister to all those seeking fulfillment and enlightenment, and to assist them along their paths as they connect with their inner spirituality.  It is a Center where one an expand, reach out, and embrace the growth process, supported by individuals on a similar journey.

The Foundation supports all belief systems, and honors all religious organizations.  This organization recognizes that God is. . .and it is not for us to judge any one individual's relationship with his/her God.  Therefore, no creed or dogma is required of those who participate within the Spiritual Path Foundation structure.  Rather, the principles of love for all, peace and harmony in life, and embracing the eternal joy of the journey reflect the purpose of this organization.

As we all seek and discover greater awareness and understanding of our existence, we then can reach out into the community, the world, and the Universe to create a better atmosphere where all levels of existence can then thrive. 

History of the Spiritual Path Foundation

First formed in 1993, Spiritual Path Foundation, Inc. is dedicated to provide a resource to assist those on a spiritual journey to greater awareness.  The Revs. Eugene & Judith E. Vidal are the founders of this non-denominational, inter-faith, non-profit ministry.  The ministry was active in Miami, and moved to the two-acre location in Fort Pierce in February of 1998, thus affording the necessary space for expansion and more varied activities.  Most recently, The Path has relocated to Palm Bay, Florida, and since March 2006, has been providing counseling, private healings, classes and seminars there.

The Reverends have been studying and working with spiritual and metaphysical systems for many years, and ensure that all students and clients will receive only the highest and most professional level of information and service.

They are well-read, keep informed of new information and concepts, and work within the local and world communities to bring fresh concepts and ideas into the offerings.  Their life experiences, as well as extensive work with many individuals combine to create a balanced, comprehensive network of experiential learning and growth opportunities in a loving, spiritual environment.

Leadership

The organization of this non-profit corporation is by a Board of Directors but the heart and soul of the work of the Foundation springs from the Revs. Eugene & Judith.  They work in all levels as a team, bringing a unique offering of balance and contrast to their work.  Their life experience includes their 44-year marriage, working together to create a perfect expression of love and harmony.  Each one's unique talents and personality blend together to form this sanctuary of love, healing, and empowerment for all who participate here.

Rev. Eugene Vidal (Spiritweaver)

is a mystic and a visionary who impacts on a deeply spiritual level all who work with him.  He is an "encyclopedia" of information on metaphysical studies, including shamanism, the healing arts, and philosophy.  The Bible, along with other religious works, provides a springboard for many of his teachings.  Rev. Eugene's non-denominational, inter-faith worship services encompass world concepts and universal truths.  He believes that his interests came with him as a life imprint, and his purpose is to explore, expand, and share these truths with all seekers.

He has had extensive training and experience in many areas of spiritual growth and education, such as regression (past life and soul level), and astrology (working also on a psychic and intuitive level), and psychology.  He facilitates numerous self-empowerment workshops and activities throughout the year.

Rev. Judith E. Vidal (Shamana)

is an intuitive teacher and spiritual leader who believes that all fellow travelers are empowered by birthright.  Her perceived role is to open their spirits to this knowing, and assist them on the journey.  Her workshops and classes open these doors to self-awareness and self-empowerment.  Her creation of special meditations bring peace and relaxation to the process.  Her nurturing spirit helps those who come to the spiritual center to feel that they are indeed in a "safe haven".

Rev. Judith is certified in hypnotherapy, Magnified Healing and of course Reiki.  She is an avid writer, having produced her book Reflections on the Joyous Journey, as well as articles for the monthly publication Horizons Magazine.  She also enjoys the creative process of producing the newsletters and other published works, as well as guided meditation tapes and CDs.

 

Financial Structure

The Spiritual Path Foundation is a tithing ministry, offering 10% of all income in loving support to organizations and individuals who provide spiritual nourishment and upliftment to others.  All donations to the Spiritual Path Foundation are tax deductible under the 501 (c) 3 church classification.

The Foundation is an independent ministry supported solely from donations, tithes, and class revenues.
